1. Service Agreement
· A signed contract and non‑refundable deposit are required to reserve your event date.
· Services begin once the deposit is received.
2. Client Responsibilities
· Provide accurate event details and timely communication.
· Ensure venue access for setup and breakdown.
· Secure any necessary permits or venue approvals.
3. Beautiful Occasions DFW Responsibilities
· Execute services with professionalism, artistry, and attention to detail.
· Communicate clearly regarding timelines, design plans, and vendor coordination.
· Handle décor items with care and precision.
4. Changes & Adjustments
· All changes must be submitted in writing.
· Additional fees may apply for changes in guest count, décor, venue, or event scope.
5. Liability
Beautiful Occasions DFW is not responsible for:
· Venue restrictions
· Weather‑related issues
· Vendor failures outside our control
· Damages caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
6. Décor Rentals
· Rented items must be returned in their original condition.
· Damaged, lost, or stolen items will incur replacement fees.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, illness, accidents, or government restrictions.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Beautiful Occasions DFW, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
